WOOHOO!!!
As of today our house is under contract!!! We are barely breaking even, but it will be heaven to not have 2 mortgages hanging over our heads. It's been a LONG 5 months and we are so thankful to be at the end. We are supposed to close on Nov. 16th, so we're praying that no suprises pop up to ruin it.
